If you’re considering psychotherapy or coaching then let me take a leap with an assumption that your life is not the way you want it to be.

Perhaps something is happening that you don’t want. Or, something you want isn’t happening for you. Perhaps your goals aren’t being achieved, your plans aren’t succeeding, your values aren’t being honored, your work isn’t fulfilling, or relationships aren’t as satisfying as you want them to be.

You may be experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or some other form of emotional or even physical distress. In short, your “just rights,” as in the Goldilocks fairy tale, aren’t being met and you’d like to change that.

HOW ONLINE THERAPY or COACHING WORKS

 

Online therapy or coaching works almost exactly like seeing a therapist or coach in-person.  The only difference is that appointments happen online — in the comfort of your own home, office, or any location where you have privacy and the ability to connect to the Internet.

The therapy and coaching are delivered via secure and easy to use technologies that protect your confidentiality. Everything is completely HIPAA compliant, and the process is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

APPOINTMENTS FROM ANYWHERE

 

Online video therapy or coaching can happen anywhere you have access to the internet and a space for privacy and confidentiality. In addition to our online sessions you will also be able to communicate with me via secure messaging — available on an as-needed basis.

If you prefer to meet in-person, my office is located in San Francisco’s Mission District. There is limited space and availability for in-person appointments; but, believing that you’re the best expert when it comes to your life, the goal is to allow you to select a time and method that works best for you.
