If you’re considering psychotherapy or coaching then let me take a leap with an assumption that your life is not the way you want it to be.
Perhaps something is happening that you don’t want. Or, something you want isn’t happening for you. Perhaps your goals aren’t being achieved, your plans aren’t succeeding, your values aren’t being honored, your work isn’t fulfilling, or relationships aren’t as satisfying as you want them to be.
You may be experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or some other form of emotional or even physical distress. In short, your “just rights,” as in the Goldilocks fairy tale, aren’t being met and you’d like to change that.
