Meagan Wesley, APCC #12244
Registered Associate Professional Clinincal Counselor

Hi, I’m Meagan (she/her/hers), a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor based in California. I’m a queer cisgender woman in my 30s who lives with ADHD. These parts of me shape how I show up in therapy. My goal is to offer a space where you can be yourself without pressure to hide or perform.

My work draws on a trauma‑informed, relational approach. I help clients understand old wounds and patterns that once offered safety but now feel limiting. Together, we look at how past experiences show up today—through people‑pleasing, codependency, emotional overwhelm, avoiding conflict, or feeling disconnected from who you are. From there, we build new ways to relate, cope, and communicate that match the life you want.

I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in 2021. For six years, I’ve worked in community mental health. My motivation began with seeing how often people suffer alone.

In therapy with me, you can expect curiosity, collaboration, and steady support. I respect the pace your nervous system needs and listen to the story your whole self is telling. My approach is personal and rooted in care that affirms who you are.

Outside of work, I feel grounded caring for my cat, learning new things, and walking through the city toward my daily goal of 10,000 steps. I bring that same warmth and sense of exploration into sessions.

I’m accepting clients for telehealth. If you’d like to work together, let’s connect and take the next step toward feeling understood and supported.
